“Shakitman” incident demands a change in Animal cruelty law.

Inspired by the plight of the police horse Shaktiman,Uttarakhand State Animal Welfare Board (USAWB) has put a request to the Union Ministry of Environment,Forests and Climate Change(MoEFCC) to ammend the current animal cruelty law to make it harsher for the wrong-doers.
